A little while ago, we met, perhaps at the Wellbeing Hub in Bridgeton. You kindly gave me your email address, however, I didn't get your name so if you could give me that information, I can personalise this for you better.

I'm looking into more spaces so we can provide more workshops and Shamanic Circles. this list is more for making sure you want to be on the email list for all of the above.

I hope to see you soon, the next event is on the 5th of June at the Wellbeing Hub and we start propmptly at 7pm, so please arrive by 6:45pm - once the door is closed there is no admittance and no refunds We like to be settled and started so you can get as much out of the session as possible.

It's your experience, which is a personal and precious thing.

What do you need?

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a notepad and pen, and you will then be able to record your journey so you can look at it later in more detail. Beverages and snacks are provided at the venue for a small donation.

You are welcome to bring water.with you.

Be prepared to lie on the floor throughout - if you prefer to use a chair, these can be provided for you.

The event involves trancework and journeying to the drum.

No experience is necessary, this event is open to all from beginners to seasoned journeyers.

The early bird of £35 ends on the 3rd of June, on the door and from midnight on the 3rd, the standard fee comes into play. This is £47
