Hello, darlings!

It's September!

Hurray!

This is my FAVORITE time of year. I love all things pumpkin, including lattes, pies, cookies, bread...you name it! (Okay, I might have exaggerated on the pumpkin pie, but I love everything else!)

This week, I'm headed to San Francisco for a few days. Expect lots of pictures when you follow me on social (links below), as well as some cool stories. It's been 15 years since I was last in San Fran, so I'm excited! If you've got a favorite story about this city or a favorite place to eat, email me back and boss me around! In other news, my birthday is coming up in just two weeks! Yay! I'll be ringing in the adventure with a Rock and Roll Reading at Replay Lounge in Lawrence, Kansas on September 12th. If you're local, come hang! $5 cash cover at the door, and each author will be reading for three minutes (the length of a song)! I can't wait to see you!

On my birthday, September 13th, I'm going to the movies with Jack and one of our kiddos, and then the 14th will be a writing/coffee day for me! Lots of cool plans! Lots of fun adventures coming up!
