I'm getting ready for Thanksgiving and I am so excited. This year, I'm going to visit my brother who lives in southeast Kansas. He's hosting for the second year in a row and I'm excited to have a chance to hang out with family, spend some time eating, and of course, try out a few new whiskeys!

Are you a holiday person? Are you doing anything to celebrate this week?

My other big news is that SCALLYWAG is coming out in just two weeks! I'm really excited about this spicy pirate romance. It's been a long time since I wrote a pirate story, and this one is especially fun. Our heroine, Eleanor, lost her parents in a pirate accident years ago. Now she's on the run and the only person who can keep her safe is...you guessed it...a pirate!

ALSO, thanks so much to everyone who emailed me back about the free chapters. The vast majority of responses were that yes, you want to see free chapters in my upcoming newsletters, so I'm going to do my best to make that happen.

After Scallywag comes out, I'll have about six weeks before the fourth Sweet Nightmares vampire romance comes out, so you can expect to see a few new boxed set book bundles from me, some freebie chapters, and more. :)
