June has been a busy month for our family. We finished our 12th English4Life term on June 9. We had a wonderful group of 11 students this term. It was really encouraging to see the students grow and how they enjoyed spending time together.
Here is what one of our students, Darek, wrote about his time at English4Life:
All my life I have tried to learn English but to no avail. I always lost my determination after a while. I was giving up. Secondly, I lead a busy lifestyle, so I always had little time. So here I could chill. Although there was a lot of learning and a headache, I feel refreshed. It was very valuable for me that we had Bible lessons. That it wasn't just English and some grammar... I feel encouraged and strengthened Spiritually. It was great to have so much time with God and refresh the foundations of my faith. I also feel like I'm starting to think in English. I can talk a little now. When I listen to podcasts, I understand a lot more.

Time in the United States
After E4L ended, we flew to the US on June 14. We spent a week with Seth's family and then made the trip to...
That's right! We are spending our summer in Upstate New York! Seth served two summers at the Pines in 2008-09 and we are looking forward to serving as a family this summer. If you are going to be at Word of Life in New York this summer, let us know so that we can get together. Please pray for us as we adjust as a family to a different place of ministry. We will be at the Pines until August 18, then travel back to Michigan by way of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We will be in the Michigan/Ohio area until September 12, when we fly back to Poland.
Please let us know if you would like to get together and hear more about what God is doing in Poland. Our goal is to make more contacts so that more people can be involved in the ministry that God has given us.
