Did you ever praise God for an empty space? You may not think of an empty space as something to praise God for, but we think of empty spaces as opportunities. We have the opportunity to fill an empty space with people to help them take the next step in their relationship with God. There are three empty spaces that we are praising God for here in Poland.
The first "empty space" is our Dining Room. We are preparing for our annual Thanksgiving outreach this weekend. Last year we had 120 guests and this year we are expanding to two nights and praying for over 100 guests each night. This will be a great opportunity for us to build relationships with people in our community and share the Gospel with them. Please pray for Tim Good as he shares the Gospel.
These events will take place at 5:00 PM Poland time (11:00 AM EST) this Friday and Saturday (November 8 & 9). We would love to hear that you are praying with us for this outreach. Reply to this email to send us a note that you are praying.
Our second "empty space" is the dirt in this picture. A few days ago we had several trees and grass in this area, but now it has been cleared so that we can begin construction for our new 400 seat multipurpose room. We look forward to how God is going to use this building in the future. Imagine how many lives are going to be changed right here...what an opportunity!
The third "empty space" is on the third floor of our Ministry Center. This is where we are going to have English4Life in the future. The open area will be a lounge, the door on the right leads to stairs, the big door leads to a big meeting room, and the hallway leads to three classrooms and three volunteer apartments. We will also have a small kitchen for students to use and bathrooms in this area. We are praying that we can finish this soon so that we can start using it for English4Life. It will be wonderful to have a permanent space instead of space that is used for E4L part of the year and camps during the summer.
Speaking of English4Life, we are in week 6 of 8 right now! We have students from Poland, Ukraine, and France this term. Please pray for our students and staff for these last weeks.
Thank you once again for partnering with us to reach Poland with the Gospel! We have so many opportunities to fill these "empty spaces" and impact people for eternity. We are not focused on filling spaces for the sake of filling a space, but because we believe that when we have more spaces we can reach more people with the Gospel. We are glad that you are a part of this!
