There are still a few spaces remaining for our Mental Health First Aid Essentials Course happening on Wednesday November 26 at the Elma Memorial Community Centre in Atwood. This course is designed to help individuals recognize and respond to mental health emergencies. Learn new ways to support family, friends, co-workers and neighbours through this insightful 1-day course. This is a great way to support managers/supervisors, HR staff or volunteers at your organization feel confident when encountering discussions around mental health.
