One thing that particularly struck me during our interview — and I think will tremendously benefit you — is Dr. Trevor’s definition of the term shepherd leadership. To him, leaders, like the shepherd, must be the defender and guide of those under their care.

Throughout his life, Dr. Trevor has learned many things, but he continues to discover more about leadership and serving others. Despite his successes, he remains humble and open to new ideas.
