Over the next few days, I’ll be making some updates to your profiles. These include enabling free consultation bookings for all members and upgrading your accounts to lifetime access, where applicable.

Yes, you read that right—most of your accounts will be upgraded as soon as I can manage it, hopefully before anyone is billed again. That said, I’d really appreciate it if you cancel your subscriptions yourselves to save me the hassle—your accounts are now guaranteed for life!

If you have a company account (e.g., one shared or purchased by your organization, such as through accounting or procurement departments), these accounts will be adjusted to a company plan. Unfortunately, they will not be eligible for lifetime upgrades. However, I encourage you to upgrade to a company account to enjoy the full range of benefits available!
