In this email, you can find all of the details you'll need to be part of the Scrapp Family & Friends Tester program. Please follow the steps below:

✔️ You should all already be part of a Whatsapp group organised by your team leader. If you're not yet, reach out to one of us, and we'll get you sorted.

✔️ Watch the walkthrough video - it will give you a bit of a headstart as you're using Scrapp for the first time.

✔️ Check out this one-pager; it gives a simple overview of some different procedures in the app. We've put this together to help answer any questions that you might have, but feel free to reach out to a team leader with any other questions you still have whilst using the app.

Your objectives as a Tester:

👉 Scan as many products as possible and assign the packaging information (see video for a walkthrough of this). We're looking to grow our library of products and packaging, and this is the best way you can help us.

Each week there will be a raffle prize based on the points earned that week. The results will be released every Sunday (by email).

We're also going to be working towards an overall scans goal: donating $100 to charity for every 5,000 products we add as a group!

👉 Report any bugs, glitches, or, frankly, anything that doesn't seem right. You can do this from within the app by going to the settings page, pressing the 'contact' button, and filling out the form. Alternatively, you can also send one of us a message if you think it would help to add a screenshot (whatever works for you).

Don't be afraid to report things as and when they come up - it's impossible to hurt our feelings!
