Hi.
Santiago here.
Premiere for John´s new video: The wheel of Yoga on YouTube.
In this inspiring video, John Scott deconstructs and decodes Pattabhi Jois´s famous ´1% theory´ catchphrase.
He expands on his own inquiry into the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice and offers a fresh perspective on the wisdom of this tradition.
John and Julia Scott are visiting Barcelona on June the 10th ⬆️ https://johnscottyoga.sarriayoga.cat
