We are contacting you as you have shown interest in our next retreat in Puglia, Italy this October.

It will be an intensive week to learn to adjust based on the Ashtanga system as well as intensive afternoon practical workshops to apply anatomy in a fun and enriching way to take your practice and/or teaching to the next level.

Please note that the early Early BIrd is still available for a short time.

The place only can hold 12 persons as a maximum so you will get very personal teaching.

Yoga Puglia is a beautiful retreat centre with excellent food.
