We are excited to remind you that this weekend we will be hosting a transformative Astanga workshop with the renowned yogi, Laruga Glass. If you haven't already registered, there are still spots available, but they are filling up fast!

With only four days to go until our workshop with the amazing Laruga Glaser, there is still time to join us for this four-day event!

Laruga Glass is a world-renowned teacher who has been practising Astanga for over 20 years. Her workshops are designed to deepen your understanding of this dynamic practice and help you explore the vast potential of your mind and body. With her guidance, you will learn new techniques and tools to enhance your yoga practice, no matter your level of experience. Even if the workshops are leaning towards the second series.

The workshop will be held at our studio in Barcelona, Spain, from Thursday to Sunday, April 13th and 16th. The schedule for each day is as follows:

Morning Practice: 7:00 am - 9:00 am

Workshops: 10:00 am

The price for the full workshop is €250.

Nos complace recordaros que este fin de semana celebraremos un taller transformador de Astanga con la renombrada yogui Laruga Glass. Si aún no te has inscrito, todavía hay plazas disponibles, ¡pero se están llenando rápido!

Laruga Glass es una profesora de renombre mundial que lleva más de 20 años practicando Astanga. Sus talleres están diseñados para profundizar tu comprensión de esta práctica dinámica y ayudarte a explorar el vasto potencial de tu mente y tu cuerpo. Con su guía, aprenderás nuevas técnicas y herramientas para mejorar tu práctica de yoga, independientemente de tu nivel de experiencia. Incluso si los talleres se inclinan hacia la segunda serie.

El taller tendrá lugar en nuestro estudio de Barcelona, España, de jueves a domingo, del 13 al 16 de abril. El horario de cada día es el siguiente

Práctica matinal: 7:00 am - 9:00 am

Talleres: 10:00 am

El precio del taller completo es de 250 euros.
