A friend wrote this Ogden Nash quote in the guestbook when my husband and I got married twenty-two years ago today. They probably didn't anticipate that the trolls and imps would be in the romance books I read and write while he's "absent," but I think the sentiment has stood the test of time.
Mr. Hill is my best friend and one of the biggest cheerleaders of my writing career. Not only that, but he has endless patience for making post office runs on my behalf. He's a great dad and cat dad, and he gives excellent snuggles. He's exceptionally smart, very handsome, and occasionally funny (he might disagree about the order of these attributes). Five stars, would marry again, can't imagine life without him.
