In Memory of Dan Arman
In late May, the fantasy and sci-fi genres lost an amazing talent. Dan Arman passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind his wife, adopted daughter, and so many unfinished stories. I had the great privilege of knowing Dan and his wife Mary through our local NaNoWriMo group. He will be greatly missed. Yet, part of him still lives on in his books. If you would like to meet Dan, I suggest starting with Riding a Black Horse or River of Dreams.
A Small Update
Work continues slowly on Cursed Magic. I have—understandably, I think—not been in much of a writing mood. Time seems to fly while I am standing still. Next month I should have a better report and some character art to share!
