"Confidence is all you need", whilst offering no real process to actually heal self worth issues, just kind of expect you to absorb it by osmosis!

They think shadow work is the latest Tim Burton movie.

They confuse self-worth with posting a photo in a powersuit, the very thing you worked hard to break free from.

They think inner child work is a new Netflix drama.

They hand out tick-box PDFs but when it comes to actual inner process, they will tell you its not necessary (cause they don't know it or do it).

They sell quick fixes because they’re easy money, even though real transformation doesn’t work that way.

They post more screenshots of their earnings than evidence of their deeper impact.

They push cookie cutter growth systems, without knowing how to honour your unique journey.

They believe holding space is for a cacao ceremonies, not the sacred depth coaching truly requires.

They focus more on messaging, marketing, and systems than balancing inner work with outer strategy.

They think healing is any moment they felt bad or life threw them a curve ball.

Their marketing sells perfection, not the real, messy, powerful process of getting there.

Ive been in the coaching industry as a certified coach, psychic healer and senior practitioner for vulnerable people for the last 9 years and i have seen some of those very coaches reaching burn out, emptiness and going back to the drawing board, so now im watching the new generation of coaches hoping they choose different.
