Hey Safety Champion!
It's good to see you here! I was reminded this week of something in the safety industry that can be very valuable. It has many different names, and the way they are executed can also be different.
🧰Toolbox talks, safety talks, tailgate meetings- they are all essentially the same thing. It is a way to communicate a small amount of safety information to a group of people to ensure alignment and inform the group of important and relevant safety information. I wrote about 9️⃣ ways that toolbox talks are useful for you (read more here). I’d love to hear your feedback on this topic!
