How I Create Lyric Videos for Worship 🎬

Hey friends,

I just released a new YouTube video showing my full process for creating engaging screen visuals for worship songs—whether you’re working in ProPresenter or editing a full lyric video in Premiere.

In the video, I walk through a recent project I did for “The King Is in the Room” by Phil Wickham and share practical tips you can use right away for your Sunday visuals.

Here’s what I cover:

• How I plan visuals around a song’s theme
• Tips on color choices and keeping your visuals cohesive
• Where I find backgrounds (Igniter Media is a go-to!)
• Making sure lyrics are readable and well-timed
• Why I sometimes use Premiere over ProPresenter
• My 2–3 color rule for balanced design
• Bonus: Free lyric video for the song “Praise”—yours to download!

Hope it helps spark some ideas for your team. Let me know what you think!

Let's keep doing great things for God's glory.
