I Purchased & Tested a New Cable Cam… Was It Worth It?

Hey friends,

We finally took the plunge and tested a real cable cam setup in our worship center — and honestly, it completely changed the feel of some of our livestream shots. Watch the UNSPONSORED Video here - https://youtu.be/M4FEUZcMQLU

In the new video, I walk through:

• What we paid vs. higher-end systems
• How we rigged it safely in our worship center
• The shots that actually made a difference online
• Mistakes and surprises during setup
• Why I chose this over a jib
• What churches should consider before buying one
• Whether I think cable cams are worth it for smaller churches

I also show the full setup process, controller workflow, battery/power setup, and real Sunday morning examples from our space.

Would love to hear if your church has experimented with cable cams, jibs, PTZs, or other creative camera setups lately.

Let's keep doing great things for God's glory!
