daily life

this week i went on TBS eFM radio to discuss one of my favorite indie bands, Lydia. i also stayed overnight with a few friends at a lake house, where we went wakeboarding the following afternoon. it was great to be outside of Seoul, aka the “mask free” zone.

i also experienced a fun milestone in my Going K-Pop career -- singing on TV with the talented Sung Si-kyung.

일상생활

이번주 활요일은 TBS eFM이라는 라디오에 출연하고 Lydia라는 인디 밴드에 대해 얘기했어요. 그 외에 백종원 클라쓰 촬영하고 나서 몇 친구랑 가평에 있는 팬션에 가서 웨이크보딩했어요. #마스크없이놀기좋다

또한 제 K-팝 도전을 위한 어떤 ‘디딤돌’을 밟았어요: 성시경이랑 듀엣을 했어요.

projects

my Korean board game crowdfunding campaign is done! we raised 127% of our goal, and two awesome things happened this week. first, i got to sit down and play a few rounds with the Korean speaking John and Mack boys.

second, on Monday night we began shipping rewards to all our backers. after spending years in software, using the term “shipping” to simply mean clicking a button to deploy an update, it was a special feeling to literally pack boxes for a real-life product.

사이드 프로젝트

제 한국어 보드 게임의 크라우드펀딩 캠페인 드디어 끝났어요! 127% 펀딩 목표에 도달해서 자금이 조달되었어요. 그 이후 이어서 대단한 일 두 가지 생겼어요. 첫 번째, 제가 한국어 잘하는 유명한 John and Mack이라는 형제랑 양말장난 게임 몇 라운드를 했어요.
