I want to introduce myself a little bit more…

Myself and Sandrine live in Colombia with our youngest daughter Lili. We have a project named Love Grows which is a permaculture school and self-development retreat centre. Love Grows Website

We’ve lived here for 5 years and learnt an awful lot about ourselves and what it takes to live in the tropics, we are originally from Europe. Before settling in Colombia we spent 3 years travelling and volunteering at many regenerative projects around the globe, so we have a good understanding of many climates..

We’ve hosted hundreds of people at our project and have seen the transformation that people can make in a short time if they are guided correctly and have the desire to act on the advice.

Our farm and school Love Grows is situated in a place known locally as the heart of the planet. The Sierra Nevada De Santa Marta. Our neighbours are an indigenous tribe known as the Kogi. We often work with them and learn about their culture and language.
