Discover:

The HIDDEN Truth About The Fruits And Vegetables You Eat Everyday

WARNING: After reading this email you

will NOT want to eat them.

; Did you know most fruits and vegetables you are currently eating have been sprayed with multiple chemicals and toxins which are harmful to human beings?

In factmore than 90 percent of Americans have pesticides (or their by-products) in their bodies.

Not only that, scientists have learned that even low doses of pesticides and other synthetic chemicals can harm children...

...and exposure to chemical mixtures may carry serious health risks that take years to emerge.

Let me show you something:

Strawberries have been proven to be loaded with an average of nearly eight pesticides per sample

Hormone-disrupting fungicides were detected on nearly 90% of non-organic citrus fruits like mandarins, oranges, and grapefruits...

And a neurotoxic insecticide found on spinach (permethrin) has been linked to ADHD

You see, eating fruits and vegetables is one of the most important health habits you can develop But when these foods have been showered in pesticides and toxins for days, weeks, and even months before they reach your fridge?

They might be doing more harm than good on your body

So the question is… How do we make sure the fruits and vegetables we are consuming have been organically grown  without the use of any toxic chemicals that might put us in danger?

There are only a couple of ways to be certain about what your food contains

#1 Is to support a local farmer that you trust #2 To grow it yourself

Now assuming you don't have access, or know any farmers that you can trust with your food the most viable solution is to DIY

And while this might sound like something complicated, or time-consuming to do I have good news!

It's not

Permaculture Design The best way to: » Grow your own healthy organic food » In your home » In as little as 30 minutes a day » No matter whether you have a lot or little space » While becoming an asset for our planet and taking care of your family

After years of evolution and iterations, our planet developed specific ecosystems Magical bubbles of life with very specific landscapes and weathers, where plants, animals, and other organisms work together to survive

Permaculture design is the way how we can create the same systems or eco-systems based on the observation of how nature intended them to work

This means we can design landscapes, gardens, or farms that will become self-sustainable while producing non-toxic food that we can consume with minimal input from our part So you might be thinking:

"But I just have a small garden, there’s no way I could build an ecosystem there?”

To that, I answer...You would be surprised with the stuff people design on their windowsills!

image

You see, permaculture is based on some principles to make sure EVERYONE can benefit from it no matter the circumstances One of these principles is "Use Edges and Value the Marginal"

Which is just a fancy way of saying: “Use of the resources we have at our disposal.”

This might be as simple as using a forgotten space in your garden…

or your kitchen windowsills to grow more food So if you don’t live in an apartment and have some more empty space in your garden

Take A Look At How Other People Have Transformed Theirs

imageimageimage

Pretty cool, huh?

You see, Permaculture Design is giving people the opportunity to transform their gardens into their  personal farmer’s market

With a yearly increase of pesticide use all across the globe, people are taking back control over what they consume on a daily basis

And while “taking care of your garden/plants” might sound intimidating It’s good to note we are not talking about kids here…

Taking care of your garden should be an  effortless and pleasant activity Especially if:

» You build your garden as an ecosystem

» You choose or build the right soil and provide the right nutrients from the beginning

» You have a clear vision of your objectives Of course, when you are starting from 0 – it doesn’t matter whether its big or small – setting up your garden WILL take a couple of hours

But once your plants are growing Taking care of them shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes a day So it all comes down to priorities Isn’t it worth it to spend a few minutes a day taking care of your plants... To produce organic fruits and veggies that have NOT been contaminated with destructive chemicals?

That’s something you’ll have to think about But if you already know this is something you WANT to do Then you might be wondering where to start

» Maybe you are already selecting where would be an amazing location to set-up your garden

» Maybe you are getting flooded with ideas of the different types of fruits and veggies you would like to grow on your garden

» Maybe you’ve even watched a couple of YouTube videos on permaculture by now

If this describes you, congrats! You are what I call a highly motivated individual

So pay close attention now, the following lines will save you a bunch of time

Because if you’re not careful... after a few hours of motivated research You might encounter a phenomenon called “Information Overload”

You see, there are hundreds of YouTube channels dedicated to permaculture design and its different branches There’s also books and blogs all around the internet, which are full of in-depth information

This is amazing for medium and advanced permaculture practitioners But not so much for beginners who are just starting their permaculture design journey…

Let me illustrate this to you real quick: Imagine you are starting with the clear goal of:  Designing a small ecosystem that produces tomatoes and lettuce you can use for salads with some fruit trees and a garden pond, but after visiting a couple of websites…

You find yourself bombarded with different kinds of niches, tools, systems, and designs  that won’t even produce the veggies you were looking for in the first place!

For a newbie, this is the worst spot to be in Because confusion has the power to convert “Motivated Individuals” into “Chronic Procrastinators”

You know...The kind of people who tell their friends they are “going to produce fruits, vegetables, and all kinds of different plants in their garden!”

But never managed to grow a single bean sprout

Yes, this little guy...

So don’t rush and try to do too much too soon If you put your efforts into mastering the basics of permaculture design and actually applying them to your garden Soon enough you’ll be reaping the fruits of your efforts instead of talking about “how you are going to do it”

So my best advice on how to start learning about permaculture?

Coming from someone with 8 years of experience in Permaculture Design

The best way to learn is by: Mastering the basics » Watching how others do it » Learning from their mistakes » Quickly applying what you learn

This is a very important point, a quick story will make this concept clear as water It’s in fact my story and the gigantic failure that got me introduced to permaculture design:

My name is Russell Manning, my journey started 8 years ago when my family and I volunteered for a project called Sadhana Forest in India

image

This was a reforestation project in a place where the land was dead after the locals chopped down the trees to use them for their everyday needs like cooking and fires When we arrived, we met an amazing man called Abraham who with the help of his sweet family started this reforestation project

With the help of hundreds volunteers they had got down to work by planting nothing but trees during the first year To their disappointment, as soon as the summer hit...

image

Hundreds of young crops died, destroying all of the hard work they had done, The reason?

While they planted the trees during a time of the year when there was abundant rain There were MANY things they didn't take into consideration:

One of them was...The long, hot, and dry summer that was knocking on the door The extreme temperature and lack of water dried the land once again This devastated the newly planted and weak crops But they were not gonna give up so easily

They had to develop a system to capture and store water And so by building dams, swales, and lakes they managed to store enough water to water the crops during the boiling summer

Now they were extremely cautious the second time Spending more time and effort just to be disappointed once again was not an option

So by carefully studying the land and ecosystem…

...they found another big mistake that had been committed the first time The young trees that were planted were not strong enough to survive the extreme conditions of the arid land So Abraham selected a pioneer species from the land – the Acacia tree – for a very interesting reason:

The roots of this plant allow rainwater to infiltrate better into the soil

image

And after solving these and a few more problems they finally managed to have enough water, shade, fertilizer, and humus in this area

All of which, a few years later, would create a life network that allowed new kinds of native trees to be introduced into the land…And become an eco-system by itself

At this point, I was HOOKED and filled with different ideas on how I could apply permaculture on my own So by: Mastering the basics; Watching how others did it ;Learning from their mistakes and... Quickly applying what I learned, I was able to travel to different projects around the world and after a few years finally settle down and build my own permaculture farm in the Colombian Forest, in South America

With all of this knowledge I knew I can help people to: » Take back control over the foods they consume on a daily basis » Grow amazing, healthy organic food in their garden » Improve the quality of their life by avoiding toxic chemicals

And that’s why I’ve created a Permaculture Design Course called “Learn Permaculture: The Easy Way”

Inside of this course I’ve condensed my 8 years of hands-on experience building my own permaculture farm and working on different projects around the world Into an easy to consume video format that will teach you how to build your own farmers market in your backyard
