Hello, I just wanted to share with you a new blog that I have started writing on our Generation Regeneration web-page I plan to share more ideas and stories that will help us achieve our goal of co-creating a regenerative sustainable world that we all benefit from.

The first post I have written about comes from my interest in hydroponics which until recently I had considered a non organic solution, however I changed my mind after chatting with Jesse Rogers one of our Facebook group members, who has been growing hydroponically with the use of compost teas, which for me was the missing link between the benefits of hydroponics and a growing system that produces high nutrient density food.
