Hello

Well for many of us, we are experiencing unusual weather this year. Canada and many other places had record temperatures, then last week in Europe there was huge amounts of rain followed by flooding. Even this week in my native Great Britain, they are sweltering in +30C heat, imagine. Its the UK!! On the farm here in Colombia we have had days of severe winds and most likely wherever you are, it been.... well …. different!

As we head further into this climate crisis we need to have systems that are resilient. If you have just one type of food crop and it fails, your in trouble and so are your clients.
