Cherry Chatter from Roth Family Orchard Mudgee - BOOKINGS OPEN for Pick Your Own Cherries

Bookings are now open online for pick-your-own cherry season at Roth Family Orchard Mudgee.
We have opened bookings for 7-8 December (limited availability due to lighter crop) and from 12-16 December. Further dates are likely to be added as we see how the crop progresses.
Cherry ripening is always dependent on the weather. Based on the cherry progress at this stage and the current weather forecast, we're expecting to be picking Rons (light crop load) and Vans (lots more cherries) the 7-8 December and then move to Simones once they ripen from around 12 December.
The Simones have a heavier crop load than the Rons so if you are after lots of cherries we suggest to wait until the second week.
The Morello sour cherries are the last to ripen, typically closer to Christmas
Of course cherries are highly dependent on the weather so the varieties available on each day may vary.

Cherry Express delivery runs will be decided and advertised closer to the time. At the stage we expect a North West run (Gunnedah/Narrabri/Moree), and a Sydney run, possibly the Hunter.
