Good evening from Roth Family Orchard,

White cherries are picking now! The Rainier variety are a blush or white cherry. Quite a different flavour to the black cherries. Those who know can be very excited about these.  

Very limited supply so these are in small punnets for sale at the orchard and also tomorrow morning at the Mudgee Makers’ market.

We have also started picking Vans variety cherries – punchy flavour, crunchy and red. We also have the Rons variety now – the more classic black cherry.

Tomorrow you can snap up our cherries:

- At the orchard 108 Eurunderee Lane Mudgee – find us at the red/white shed down in the orchard (turn after the old church).  Open daily from 7:30 am

- Mudgee Makers Market, Roberston Park  8-12

- Small punnets at Mainly Mudgee and Mudgee Region Tourism. 

Pick your own 

Wonderful to see many visitors in the orchard today. It’s so special to chat with an 11 year old who has visited every year of his life!  

Please do book if you are planning to come tomorrow. Bookings are open right through until Christmas week. 

Thankfully most of the heat stayed away until later afternoon today and a cooler change is blowing through.

Cherry Express – further details 

Thank-you for all the queries today. 

Morello cherries – these flowered very late this year, they are just starting to build colour and I don’t know that we will be able to have these on these sweet cherry delivery runs.  We will update on these when we know more.

Apricots are finished for the season. Very early and short season so we won't have these available sorry.

Sweet cherries – Simone variety - corrected pricing for delivery runs is: 

2kg box $40 and 5kg box $90
