2. Get great at listening and be genuinely curious about other people.
3. Get great at distilling your ideas and communicating them using a content medium that comes naturally to you.

The rest is just tips, tools, strategies, content planning and a dozen other frameworks and approaches used to actually build your community.

As a founder you should strongly consider building your community. Bringing your people together has so many positive benefits. I'll lay my case in another email.
