How are you liking the Moonshine Ridge Lumberjacks so far? Hit reply and let me know.

I have loved being back in the mountain town of Moonshine Ridge! I'm loving writing growly, protective alphas, and the Murdock brothers have me so excited, I wish there were twelve of them!

I'm loving the higher stakes suspense/drama and now I have all kinds of new plans for new series.

Protected is now available on Amazon. If you didn't grab the pre-order, one-click it fast while it's still at 99 cents! Or read in KU!

A month ago, a small plane went missing. Last week, they found the wreckage crushed against the side of a mountain.

Recovery crews declared there were no survivors.

Then the most beautiful woman I've ever seen staggers into my logging camp, remembering the plane crash she survived-- and little else.

Now we're working against time to find out my curvy mystery woman's true identity; and who might be looking for her.

By the time we get those answers, however, she's already mine.
When men come to our small mountain town asking about her, we both know the story they're telling is a lie.

I'll protect her, while we find the truth, but if that truth takes her from me-- who will protect my heart?

I spent Monday in Leavenworth, WA, doing the tourist thing-- mostly spending money on things I don't need and eating my way through their little Bavarian town.

I have to plan a second trip-- I didn't manage to eat everything! Also, I did have to make a pretty long drive back to the hobo house where I left it in camp, which meant not getting to put a serious effort into drinking at every beer garden and tap house (I do like me some beer.)

Today-- which is Tuesday because I am scheduling this week's email in advance-- I am starting my westbound meandering toward the pacific coast where I am looking forward to leaving the one hundred degree days behind me, but slightly concerned about finding campsites that aren't under too many trees-- the hobo house is all solar, I need that sun.

I'm not sure how long it's going to take to get over there, since the only schedule I'm on is meeting my deadline for the next Moonshine Ridge Lumberjack book! (September 3, y'all!)

But I have no idea if I will have signal for internet at my next campsite-- or if the place I marked on the map will even work out when I get there-- so I figured I'd plan ahead.

This nomad thing is an adventure, for sure.
