This heavy question is explored in Devoured by Darkness, Book 2 of the Timecaster Chronicles. Is it simply black and white? Light vs. dark magic? Good vs. evil? Or is there a gray area? A place where you can go dark but still be good?

I loved writing about this. At the beginning of Book 2, Desi thinks the answer is simple. Black and white. Easy. Until she's faced with an impossible decision--choose dark magic, or let someone she loves die?
