Unfortunately, many Muslim women do not know that they are entitled to harta sepencarian upon being widowed.
Please learn and tell as many people about this as possible. There have been cases where relatives of the Arwah would come forward and force the grieving wife to divide her late husband's wealth under faraid, not knowing/caring that her rightful claim under harta sepencarian is part of the assets.
