I don't know about you but when something is about to end (ie the year), I try to mentally shift my mindset from 'oh it's almost over, too late to do anything' to 'I still have x more days/weeks to complete this task, heck yeah challenge accepted'.

🗒️ Hi MORTGAGE Review: I Found Out How Much Home Loan I Can Get

In case any of you are tempted to buy property soon or planning to soon-ish, it's not a bad idea to use the Hi MORTGAGE Home Eligibility tool.

You can find out how much home loan banks can give you AND which banks are more friendly to you (some banks are friendlier to small biz than others etc) and which ones have better rates.

Another tip: Let's say the tool say you are eligible for RM800k-1 mil. It's not a bad idea to look for houses HALF that value (so around RM400k-500k), so you can actually afford the other expenses related to home ownership.
