They Booed the Vision. Now It’s Being Recognized.

Around 2016–2017, I started speaking on stages and online about how AI would change the automotive landscape.


At one event, with “automotive experts” sitting in the audience, I was actually booed.


Not questioned.


Not challenged.


Booed.

But here’s the thing about vision…

When God gives you a vision, you cannot let it be dimmed by people He did not give it to.


So I didn’t shut up.


I leaned in.


I co-founded and helped create a community of like-minded, vision-focused individuals that became the Automotive Digital Marketing Association.


And this July will mark 10 years since I co-founded ADMA.


Just like the law of 10,000, when the work is put in, when the reps are done, and when you stay consistent long enough, the rewards eventually come.


Fast forward to today, and that same project is now featured in the Coherent report titled “Online Car Buying Market Analysis & Forecast: 2026–2033.”


That’s not coincidence.


That’s confirmation.


The industry is now talking about what some people laughed at years ago.

And today, the future of automotive digital marketing is no longer just about websites, SEO, paid ads, social media, CRM follow-up, or lead management.


The next wave is Agentic AI.


AI that does more than create content.

AI that takes action.

AI that automates workflows.

AI that helps dealers, vendors, marketers, and automotive professionals move faster, respond smarter, and create better customer experiences.


That is why I just vibe-coded the new Automotive Digital Marketing Association website with the help of AI.


And now we are preparing to reopen membership.
