Focused all of 2022

Sold another property. This one was my baby but it was best to move on to scale on to bigger and better things. Purchased our triplex back in 2019 for $139k and after providing “value add” and a lot of appreciation we sold for $250k. Go into business ventures with the end goal in mind and put emotions aside when making the right decisions. I’m glad we did that because I’ll love our next deal next week even more.
