Hello!
I'm in Chattanooga today for Con Nooga! If you're in the area, come check it out! I'll be speaking on a few panels and selling/signing books. It's one of my favorite shows of the year.
The warm weather I was excited about in my last newsletter is gone, and it's back to being cold. Boo!
Anyway, I was in Pensacola last weekend for Pensacon. It was my first time doing that event, and it was fantastic. My sales were strong, and I got to hang out with some of my friends, so it was a win-win. On Friday, someone came up and said they recognized my covers because they were also an author and we were in the same book categories. It just happened to be none other than Nicole Conway, a fellow writer of dragon rider stories! We posed for a picture together, too:
As you know, I'm currently reading her book Hunter, so it was a wild coincidence to meet her. It truly is a small world! Not only did we cross paths at Pensacon, but she mentioned she just moved to Georgia, which is where I live. We exchanged info and talked about making some appearances together at events in the future. Exciting stuff!
In other news, my new book Wings of the Fallen launched last Tuesday. If you're a fan of my Osnen series, this book is for you. It's the story of how Matthias Baines, Eldwin's father, died in battle. If you haven't checked it out yet, I hope you'll do so. It was great to return to the world of Osnen for another book!
I'm still working on my new book, which doesn't yet have a title. The "code name" is Wyrmkeepers, but that doesn't fit with the way the story is going, so I've been brainstorming titles, but as of yet, nothing has grabbed me.
There's not much else new here since my last newsletter, so this is a short one!
Below you'll find 2 promos, one with free books and one with regular price books.
What I’m reading: I've continued reading Hunter by Nicole Conway after a few weeks of writing consuming my reading time.
What I’m watching: I haven't watched anything new recently aside from rewatching some Criminal Minds episodes.
What are you reading/watching?
As always, a huge thank you for the support!
