Hello!
Christmas is just a few days away! I hope you have an enjoyable time whether you celebrate the holiday or not. Do you have anything special planned? A surprise engagement Hallmark style? Or, like me, will you just be relaxing at home with the family?
I have today off, so I'm getting some writing done. I've been stalled on the writing front due to some health related stuff, but it's all sorted now and I'm rocking on book 15 of my Dragon Riders of Osnen series. It's a great feeling to have the word flowing again!
I finished up my last in person sales event last weekend, and that makes 30 shows I did for 2023. That's a new record! I sold a lot of books and met TONS of new people. I traveled as far as Indianapolis and Orlando, and while it was fun, it was exhausting. I will be doing some shows in 2024, but not nearly as many unless I find more local ones.
I hope you have an amazing weekend!
Below you'll find a free ebook promo, a MASSIVE book fair, and the link to my next Kickstarter which launches January 9th!
What I’m reading: I've made some progress on Unbound by Michael R Miller, and I really enjoy this series. I thought it was going to be a trilogy, but it turns out there will be 5 books and Unbound just came out this year, so I'll have to wait a bit for the next one.
What I’m watching: I saw Journey to Bethelhem. I'm generally not really into musicals outside of Disney movies, but this one had some really good songs in it. My favorite was In My Blood. The movie does take some creative liberties with the story from the Bible, but they did an amazing job of humanizing the characters and showing what it was probably like for them to be in the situation they were in.
What are you reading/watching?
As always, a huge thank you for the support!
