Hey
Well, here we are again. I am still struggling to fit the email correspondence into my schedule. Yet, as with everything that is important, I want to keep this up. So, I will try and fail until I find a good place to fit this into my life. That way, you will see that things worth doing are worth getting done right. The same goes for our relationships at home, work, and around town.
We are going to try to improve our worlds and the many different tries we make are going to bomb.
GIve yourself permission to suck at the new stuff. Suck at improving your relationship, but don't give up. We want a better life and a better marriage so strive for it and go through the discomfort of that learning hase.
We have to have the courage first to even try the new thing. From there, we become competent and then eventually skilled. To have the skill of a good husband you have to work on yourself first. Can you do that? Can you be embarrassed for your sake? Don't seat our wife and kids. Fail for yourself first.
From here you become better.
