Play more so you wouldn't have a nasty fall

In my childhood days, I remember when my sis and I would play this balancing game on the guttering by the road. We would imagine there are "crocodiles" and try not to fall in the "water".

Guess what, that same balancing game and other games you played as a child will be super important for your brain health.

As we age, some of our brain function will start to decline and yes that's because of the decline in our "sex" hormones. One thing that's affected is our ability to keep our balance however it isn't doom and gloom. Just add a bit more balance activities to keep your brain perking.

I plan to play crocodiles with my sis again. What about you?

Added bonus, if you have young children , engage in their playtime too.

Freedom, Happiness, Balance
