Hi ,
Today is Valentine's Day, the day of chocolate, wine, roses and sex (for some of us).
If you're sexually active either with a partner or solo or just want to get in a sexy mood, yes chocolate, DARK chocolate can help because of the bliss component called anandamide but there is something else that can really get you hot.
BEETS!
Lol I know you are like WTH Renee, beets but how? Beets promote nitric oxide and nitric oixde improves blood flow. And as we go into perimepause and menopause and as estrogen drops, we need all the blood flow helpers we can help, especially the clitoris. The clitoris is made of erectile tissue (lovely organ) and her sole purpose is for arousal. If she isn't getting that blood flow, trust your orgasms might fizzle out or not happen at all.
So either juice beets, put them in a shake with some cocoa powder (yes they pair well together) or make a beet salad.
Thank me later!
Freedom, Happiness, Balance
Renee
