Whatever you do this December, may it be filled with joy, laughter, and warm family dinners. Do something you've never done before, say hello to those neighbors, join a Facebook group or local community with a common interest, organize a pot luck, send a card to someone who did something special for you, visit that place you've always wanted to visit (even if it's just a park down the road). But most of all, be kind to yourself and do what feels good for you.
