why confidence feels so tiring [+ a chance for us to chat!]

Dear ,
Many confident people you see? They’ve built their confidence based on their skills, results, achievements, and recognition.
Since young, many of us have learnt that it feels good to be do well, to win. We get praised when we achieve, we are punished with remedial work when we don’t. Fun and play had to be earned.
Overtime we unconsciously shaped our perception of self based on the results, praise, or our perceived “standing” in society.
We feel amazing when we nail our speech, and then start to compare when we see someone else do it “better”.
We get that sense of relief when we hit the goal we’ve been chasing for, and then feel like we’re lagging behind when we see a peer earning or achieving more.
And when we don’t hit a goal, lose a client, have things not go our way… we beat ourselves up.
How tiring is it? That our confidence and sense of peace is so influenced by external factors?
What if you could feel self-assured, grounded in your sense of self and focused on your unique journey of learning and evolution?
How would this change the way you speak? How would this transform the way you show up? How would this magnify your impact and deepen your relationships?
Guess what — you can be confident in your own. You were as a child — you did what feels good to you, you cried when it hurts and picked yourself up after, you showed up as you. This sparked creativity, adventure, courage — to try new things and do what lights you up.
Life is yours to live. I hope you do things because it feels good to you, not because you yearn for the success and recognition.
I work with clients across 3 months, and it is a deeply personal journey of self- acceptance. I work with leaders to guide them home to their voice, so they can be more of themselves, and within a few months they watch their fears fade away. As a coach, to witness them go from feeling small to speaking with confidence and personality is extremely fulfilling.
Especially if you're a rising leader at work or an entrepreneur building a founder-led brand, consider working on your voice such that you grow the impact of your speaking, communication, and brand.
