Happy New Year, friends! The year 2024 is almost here, and we are so ready to make it a party! We're bringing Quirk Events to New Hampshire, Taylor Swift trivia nights are back, and we have something we are very excited about coming this April (that's called a teaser folks, more on that to come in 2024). But first, we're kicking things off with... a small request.

Up for telling the world what you think about us?

We have a humble request for you loyal readers out there. One of the best ways to grow as a small business is getting good reviews online. In fact, the more great reviews we get, the more wonderful people like you can find out about all of the fun things we offer. If you've attended our events in the past, and thought they were amazing, we're wondering if you'd take a few minutes to tell the folks on Yelp or Google what you think? (Please note: Yelp! often takes down reviews they consider to be insufficient, but the reviews including detail about why you had a great time- those ones stick around).

And for those of you who didn't have an amazing time at our events? Look, you're busy, who cares about review sites? They don't matter. Keep reading!

Upcoming Trivia Nights

We are bringing back Taylor Swift Trivia by popular demand in additional to our monthly Zoom Trivia Night. Check out the dates below!

  • Date | What | Where | Location | Start Time | Tickets!
  • Jan 8th | Zoom Trivia | Your Couch! | 8pm EST | Tickets!
  • Feb 1 | T Swift Trivia | Canton | Trillium Brewing | 7pm EST | Tickets! (first 13 tickets sold cost just $13!)
  • Feb 15th | T Swift Trivia | Roslindale | Distraction Brewing | 7pm EST | Tickets! (first 13 tickets sold cost just $13!)

Note: Both Taylor Swift Trivia events listed above will be featuring the same question set, so we just ask that you not come to both. It will also be the set that we used at Dorchester Brewing, Night Shift Brewing and Deep Cuts, so we ask you not to play in this one if you played in any of those. However, if you played in any other T-Swift trivia night over the last few months (including the other two games we ran at Distraction Brewing), we are happy to say that this game does not overlap with the questions asked in those games, and you COULD attend.

We've polled 100 people and asked them a bunch of stuff. Now you've gotta tell us what they said...

  • Jan 25th | FREE Feud Night | Roslindale | Distraction Brewing | Tickets!
  • Feb 29th | FREE Feud Night | Roslindale | Distraction Brewing | Tickets!

Speaking of Feud, we need your opinion on extremely important questions like these for our next epic Feud game! "What is one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays?" "Name a sitcom that was popular in the 1990s." If you have taken our Feud survey from the past few newsletters, this is a new one! Click the link and send us your thoughts!

Book Quirk For Your Next Event Or Marathon Fundraiser!

As you know, we can booked to bring a trivia or Feud Night or board game mixer directly to your next event. And for those of you planning to run... let's say 26.2 miles this April, we'd love to host a trivia game for you to help you raise money to compete in the Boston Marathon. The questions could be your standard trivia topics, or a custom game built just for you. We have in-person options as well as Zoom ones to help you rack up some donations from your out-of-town friends. To learn more about our Marathon Fundraisers, click here.
