Greetings Quirk Nation! We have Indie Board Game Showcases headed your way across the country, along with a ton of nights dedicated to Board Game Speed Dating, real-life Traitors competitions, Feud Night, and Puzzle Night.

And, of course, a bonus round of trivia at the end about the Winter Olympics.

Come play a slew of board games so new, so underground that some of them haven’t even been invented yet! That’s right, our Indie Board Game Showcase event is back, and this year it’s going nationwide!

We will be hosting this event in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, D.C., and Chicago. In each city, we’ll have a fleet of local game designers showing off their creations, giving you a chance to hop from table to table, play new games, and meet the brilliant minds behind them. We’ll be showcasing everything from early-stage prototypes to finished products available for purchase, with something any game lover can enjoy, be they party games, strategy games, or anything else.

And for those of you who have attended before, the majority of the games will be either ones we haven't shown at previous events or significantly edited versions of things you played last time.

Coming to Washington, DC: Puzzle Night!

Join us at Red Bear for the Jigsaw competition of a lifetime! Or, at least… a really good jigsaw competition that will happen every other week. Teams will receive a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle, we’ll start a timer, and it’ll be a race to see who can assemble their puzzle first. Winners get a $50 gift card, and everyone gets to take their puzzle home at the end of the night. Not interested in rushing the experience? No problem. Just go at your own pace.

Starting February 24, there will be a $20 charge to play to cover the cost of the puzzle. Event will be held on the 2nd at 4th Tuesday of every month at Red Bear Brewing in DC.

Celebrate the New Season of Traitors by Competing Like You're on the Show!

The new season of Traitors has taken off, and we are here to bring you a chance to compete just like the Donna Kelce's of the world! There will be murders, missions, round tables, and plenty of other hat tips to a great show. For those of you who haven't seen Traitors, you'll still be able to compete on a level playing field with everyone else there.

Note: If you played in our Traitors events in 2025, we have updated the game so that you can play one more time in 2026 without having an advantage over the other players. However, if you did play in 2026, you would be unable to re-join us as it would give you an unfair edge in the competition.

The Winter Olympics start TONIGHT, and we are of course, celebrating with some trivia. This Olympics will take place in the city of Milan, but can you name the cities of the last ten Winter Olympics? We will give you the year, and the name of the country, and you tell us what city the Olympics took place in!
