Meet organising team members, explore collaborative opportunities, and learn about the new projects through shared ideas and visual materials.
• ⚡ Lightning Talks/ 7.10 - 9pm: another appointment for a series of 5-6 lightning talks where speakers present diverse topics in 5-minute sessions, followed by an open Q&A.
• 🇬🇧 Parlanchinglish - Public Speaking in English/ 7.30 - 8.45pm: practice your public speaking in English in a safe and informal environment while receiving feedback on how to improve.
• ✍️ Taller de Escritura Creativa/ 8 - 9.30pm: join this creative writing group for writers of all levels. Participants will submit their texts in advance, allowing for detailed, thoughtful discussions during the event. It’s an opportunity to refine your writing skills in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Wednesday, 16th

• 🌱 Un Café por el Clima/ 8.30 - 11am: monthly meetup bringing together professionals to exchange ideas on climate change and sustainable business practices, with workshops, networking, and team-building activities in a flexible and inspiring environment.
• 📚 Cata de Libros: Familia/ 7.30 - 9pm: inviting you to choose a short literary text and read it aloud in a unique book-tasting format, this time on the theme of 'family'. The focus is on savouring the literature rather than analyzing it, creating an engaging and sensory experience. Yeah, a pretty different approach than usual.
• Excelencia Toastmasters/ 8 - 9.30pm: the most famous public speaking club worldwide, and they host weekly sessions in Madrid, too. Improve your public speaking skills in a supportive environment where you can practice and learn from mistakes without judgments.

Thursday, 17th

• 🤖 AI 2027: Exploración de Escenarios/ 7 - 8.30pm: in-depth discussion on a hypothetical scenario called 'AI 2027', examining projected developments in AI over the next three years. Debate over the plausibility of these projections and consider alternative future scenarios.
• 🥃 Ecommerce After Work Drinks/ 7.30 - 9.30pm: another episode of this relaxed evening to have a drink and meet with other professionals working in the e-commerce sector (but not limited to).
• 🎬 Red Bull Movie Night at Generator Madrid/ 8.30 - 10pm: anyone into the extreme sports industry? Join an evening of action-packed Red Bull films on themes like urban freerunning, mountain biking, surfing, and extreme ambition at Generator Madrid. Enjoy exclusive drink deals and a special rooftop BBQ before the final screening. Hosted every Thursday in April.

• 🚶 How I Met Your Purpose: An Intentional Coffee & Walk/ 12am - 1.30pm: inviting conscious creatives and entrepreneurs to join a coffee and walk gathering to create new meaningful connections and discuss personal and professional growth, organized by The Brave Self.
• 🌇 Easter Sunset Rooftop/ 7pm - 1am: after several successful editions, Guiris de Mierda organizes another rooftop evening - this time to get together during the Easter break and form new (professional) connections, with social ice-breakers to help you network and enjoy the night.

📚 Business Book of the Month: Entrepreneur Revolution: How to Develop your Entrepreneurial Mindset and Start a Business that Works by Daniel Priestley 📚

• What: a guide to shifting from the outdated industrial-age mindset to a more agile, entrepreneurial way of thinking, covering fundamental principles of building a business. You can also find some good interventions of Daniel Priestley in podcasts like "The Diary of a CEO" or "Deep Dive with Alí Abdaal" which I often listen to.
• It's for you if: you're an aspiring or early-stage entrepreneur looking for mindset and strategy guidance, and you are interested in understanding digital tools and global trends to build a business (or you just enjoy reading about it).
• Key takeaways: a lot of principles we follow for our work and professional life are a result of how we studied at school, but there are other ways of approaching problems.
