Good Books I'm Reading 📚

  • Built to Sell: Creating a Business That Can Thrive Without You. As a reader of almost only non-fiction books, I must admit that reading a fictional story has a good collateral effect: you remember it much better. That’s what this little book does: it delivers business concepts through a fictional tale (but based on real facts) with a very pleasant and smooth read. The central topic is how to make a business sellable, but all the points apply even if you’re not planning to sell. It’s more about having standardized, repeatable (thus scalable) structure an processes. I enjoyed it a lot, very recommended!
