Hi {contact.first_name}} I am running four sessions this week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you want to join, please message me on m.me/ravisandhu8 so that I can add you to the group.

We're exercising regularly each week, are you? If not, join one of the Pungra clubs. It's all for free and so many people have been telling me that they're much more likely to exercise knowing that others are doing it at the same time. Here are some new times, including those coming soon. Please let me know which you want to be part of.

If you are interested in running your own club, but just want to try one out to see what is involved, please message me. I will organise a session at a time that works for you, essentially to show how straight forward they are to run. Please reply with 'Run me an Activator session, dude'.

We need to get our family, friends and colleagues more active. To help you raise awareness of our free videos there is a new section on the Pungra website, from where you download a video clip to share on platforms such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or any others that you use. Have fun with is, and get the word out.
