Hello there!

Wish you a very happy and brilliant 2023 year ahead.

Don't let the reels dissing the year and resolutions (it's only been 2 weeks) make you feel any less enthusiastic about this year.

Now for what I wanted to share with you in this email.

I was scrolling through Instagram and came across one of the accounts I follow, that of a fashion and lifestyle influencer: Nabela Noor

imageNabela launched her YouTube channel in 2013 and amassed 4.5 mil followers since then. A self-made millionaire, Nabela with Bangladeshi roots, faced an unimaginable amount of hatred on social based on her origin and looks.

But what was most inspiring was Nabela being super consistent with keeping in touch with her audience, addressing the issues of self-love, and dealing with hatred head-on.

She worked relentlessly to become the person she is today.

Why is Nabela such as inspiration?

She inspires people to keep going despite roadblocks. Despite every difficult situation life threw at her and she kept evolving. She grew from a makeup and fashion influencer to a home and lifestyle influencer, where she shares her life with her audience and every detail of it in the most pleasing and aesthetic manner possible.

Most of the time we feel stuck. Stuck to our jobs, to the careers we chose. We feel like we are bound. But we don't see that we are humans with an intrinsic need to grow and evolve. To keep getting better and that cannot happen staying stuck. The most important mindset change you will need is to realise:

YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON HOLDING YOURSELF BACK.

From change

From resolutions

From commitments

From growth

No one, absolutely no one has any power over you (once you are 18+) to stop you from becoming your best version.

How many times have we seen people starting from nowhere achieving things that we couldn't even dream of ourselves?

What do you think they do differently?

They work with a certain mindset. And today and I am going to share that with you.

Every time, you feel like you have to do something, replace the words with get to do.

Replace: I have to exercise.

With: I get to exercise

Replace: I have to choose

With: I get to choose

Replace: I have to go

With: I get to go

Saying those words out loud will cause a massive shift in your brain. This is just a form of gratitude expressed in loud that you are capable and able to exercise, choose, and go somewhere.

To conclude, I would like to say, don't stay stuck. Evolve. Grow. And understand the opportunity presented to you in every moment of life and acknowledge it with these words.

I will see you soon in your inbox next week!

Until then,

Stay safe & take care...

Cheers!

Proma
