Suffering from burnout?

You cannot be creative all the time...

I see frequent tweets on how to stay creative at all times...

The hustle culture has taught people to feel guilty about taking time off...

I have worked in media houses and creative agencies and have experienced the need to "be creative on demand"

Between the time we spend on social just to keep up and the time we are creatively engaged, our brain is fried 🍳

As a creative person/professional you need to understand that YOU NEED the downtime.

Don't feel guilty about the time you are not creating something new or doing something productive.

Your brain and body need that time to come back with new ideas and executions for them.

Train your brain to NOT FEEL GUILTY when you are resting.

Be it taking a nap, watching Netflix, or going for a stroll.

Here are some ways you can have a great balance between creativity, productivity, and much-needed me time.

🌞 Have a morning routine in place

📖 Read for at least 10 minutes a day

🚶 Go for a nature stroll/walk for 15-20 mins

⌛ Focus on your work time and reward yourself with breaks

😊 Keep reminding yourself that if you aren't happy and fulfilled nothing good can come out of you
