Product Strategy and Stakeholder Alignment
Strategy matters because it helps us make decisions. Product level strategy needs to help get us to the business strategy. Product teams are faced with many possible priorities and even more differing opinions to manage making it challenging to identify and align everyone around the best product strategy for the business.
During this session with Pragmatic instructor Cindy Cruzado, we’ll focus on how to combine implicit and explicit strategies into a product strategy you can socialize with stakeholders; breakout groups will work on a Strategy Matrix while learning how to:
- Assess opportunities based on which part of the market you are pursuing
- Identify the best solution priorities for the timeframe
- Visualize and balance investment risk
- Build alignment across stakeholders
The program begins at 8 AM, but you can join as early as 7:30 AM for extra networking if you like!
