Here's your early invitation for this week's Product Coffee!
We're going to talk about how to address big, controversial choices on your roadmap. As product managers, we've all faced times when our data and insight suggest a specific direction for our product, but other strong voices within the organization may have different perspectives.
We'll look at a fictional case study and work in small groups to design an approach for getting to the right answer and building broad agreement on the path forward.
This will be a fun, interactive session led by Johanna "Joey" Vander Ven where you will walk away with very specific techniques from your peers on handling these potentially trick political scenarios!
