Have you used Kano before?

We've got a great session lined up for Product Coffee tomorrow morning!

I am looking for a Product Coffee subscriber to feature in tomorrow's live video chat. Have you used Kano analysis in your role before? If so, can you share your experiences with it? I'm looking for good, bad or "meh..." experiences!
