I'm a little later in the week than I intended with this email but I want to thank you for attending this week's Product Coffee. It was a great session and we had a record turnout.
If you were able to stay until the very end, I told you I wanted to follow up and do a little accountability exercise. So here it is!
We talked about the skills, traits and approaches that set product leaders apart from those who just don't rise to the top of the organization, and we made thought about making a commitment to focusing on our own growth in 2021.
So tell me...what are you going to do this year to improve your own influence and ability to lead your organization? How will you contribute to creating radical value for your customers and company? I want to know! We'll talk about it more throughout the year.
